1. Technical specification
Accuracy is the most important to Segment Mould. Only the
high-precision mould will produce high quality segment. Our segment
mould is manufactured by high-precision CNC Gantry Milling Machine.
The mould can be assembled in one time without any repair.
2,Vibrating motor layout
Ring width 1.2M mould: 3 sets of vibrating motor,“V” layout(roof 1
set) Ring width 1.5M mould: 4 sets of vibrating
motor,“N”layout(roof 2 sets)
Installing form:1. Motor rotation is vertical with end mould.
2. Motor rotation is vertical with side mould.
we usually adopt the first one.
3,Fastening bolts layout
The fastening bolts of mould is with arc thread. It is easy to
clean. Each mould has 10 pcs of fastening bolts and 2 pcs of
movable screw. Every bolt has position limit line that is
convenient for work. Two workers only takes 3 mins to open/close
one mould. It can meet the requirement of automated assembly line
production.
4. Sealing tape
The mould adopts the same size of sealing tape so that it is easy
to change and maintenance in the future. The sealing tape adopts
high elasticity, oil resistance, wear-resisting and heat resisting
rubber material for strengthening sealing effect and lengthening
the use life.
5. Cover plate
The Fission cover plate is surrounded by sealing tape which
connects with mould tightly. It won’t leak mortar in the
production. The auxiliary spring installed on the spindle can make
the operation easy and efficient. Meanwhile it can save the space.
Each cover plate has locating device which ensures the open and
close position correctly. It ensures the ring width size
effectively.
6.Welding
The mould adopts Q345B/Q390B/Q420 manufactured by Beijing Shougang
Co.,Ltd as material which is cut by CNC plasma cutting machine with
a high degree of accuracy. Welding is Co2 gas shielded one; Hand
hole box and location hole is argon arc welding with high quality
welding joint. The welded workblank will be released the stress
professionally and done CNC machining. The mould manufactured by
this way can be used for a long time.
7.Painting
The mould annealed is blasted and painted with Epoxy zinc rich
antirust primer. It makes the mould possess good anti-corrosion
capability. Therefore it won’t rust even working in the condition
of 75℃ for a long time.
8.Marks
All the mould will be painted with production marks, segment No and
position of main reinforcement; and the permanent marks is made on
the width measuring points.
9.Service life
The good material, annealing treatment and workmanship ensures the
quality. Each mould can produce more than 1500 Ring of qualified
segment.
Timely and reliable aftersale service(Domestic)
(1)If there is some quality problem in the warranty period, we will
dispatch the engineers to jobsite in 24 hours after receiving the
notice from customers. In the warranty period, the problem caused
by quality will be repaired or changed for free. If the problem is
caused by user, we will go to repair in time with charges.
(2)when it is expired of warranty period, we still offer the
technical support for free. If the customers need the repair
service from us, we will dispatch engineers to jobsite in 24 hours.
The charges will be much better.
(3)Training
① In the course of production, the customers can dispatch
supervisor or workers to our jobsite and get the professional
training on theory, manufacturing, assembly, operation and
maintenance,etc.
② After the mould is delivered to customers’ jobsite, we will
dispatch the professional engineers there and give the guide and
training to customers. 3
(4)we assure that all the raw material, manufacturing technology
and inspection meet the national and industrial standard. The parts
is original factory accessories.
(5)we offer the operation manual, maintenance manual, Theory book,
parts catalog and quality certificates of segment mould.
(6)we always store the spare parts for ensuring the timely supply
to customers.
