Description:
1) Grouting system adopts double liquid / single liquid grouting.
2) The foam system adopts the single single pump type.
3) Active articulated type, easy to adjust the attitude of the
shield machine.
4) Variable frequency motor drive, working torque of 5440KN·m,
unlocking torque of 6528KN·m, according to the actual demand of
motor number transform.
5) Shield shell is equal to the diameter, the grouting space is
small, and the ground settlement is not easy to produce.
6) Cutterhead opening rate is 30%~33%, shell cutter and disc cutter
interchangeable.
Applications:
1) Plastic gravel clay, hard plastic clay, fully weathered granite,
strongly weathered granite, moderately weathered granite, slightly
weathered granite.
